Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

   • For affiliate products, return policies are subject to the affiliate partner’s guidelines.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Gift cards, intimate apparel, and final sale items are non-returnable.

3. Process for Returns:

   • We will provide instructions for the return process.

4. Refunds:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

   • For affiliate products, refunds are managed by the affiliate partner.
